Carpet Cleaning FAQ’s
How long does the carpet need to dry after cleaning?
Our dry time is typically 4-6 hours. The dry time can be longer if pet treatment was
applied. For optimal dry time our technicians recommend keeping the AC on, windows closed, and
any fans running.
How can prepare for a carpet cleaning?
If there is not water or electricity please advise us beforehand. Best practice is to clear
off the areas to be cleaned, putting pets away, leaving a space in front of the house or
close by home for parking.
Does EcoClean Restoration move furniture?
No. It’s recommended that most of the floor be cleared off. Smaller items can be
shifted. Larger items are cleaned around. If you do choose to remove furniture, please
wait until the carpet is completely dry before returning furniture.
Should pets be put away during cleaning?
Yes. For your pet’s safety and ours it is our policy that all animals are put away. Because
our equipment has hoses running out of the house and loud equipment it is just best for
them to be out of harm’s way.
